Enter the case title, forum, case number, parties, case type and procedural stage where known. Keep uncertain information marked for confirmation. Confirm the organization or workspace before adding collaborators.
Use supported file types and associate each upload with the correct Matter. Check the processing status and inspect extracted text against the original pages. OCR and extraction can misread names, dates, amounts, tables, stamps and handwriting.
For each fact or chronology entry, retain the source document and page or passage where available. An extracted fact is a review lead, not a finding. Resolve conflicting records manually and use workspace access controls to share only with people authorized for that Matter.
Storage and processing availability may depend on account entitlements and provider configuration. Public documentation does not expose customer Matters or uploads.
