Confirm the Matter, party names, forum, case number, procedural stage, instructions and requested relief. Add only information the user is authorized to process. Identify missing documents and disputed facts before generating a draft.
Choose the document type and state the intended relief and scope. NyayStack can use available Matter information and retrieved sources to prepare a working draft. Unknown facts should remain placeholders; generated wording is not proof that a fact, citation or statutory reference is correct.
Review each paragraph against the record. Confirm dates, names, annexures, limitation, jurisdiction, citations, quoted language and requested relief. Where the editor and Word export are available for the account, save the reviewed version and verify the downloaded DOCX before signing or filing.
Court rules and prescribed formats vary. A generated document is not represented as court-compliant until counsel checks the applicable filing requirements.
